Delivery Time:
All items are usually dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order (excluding Weekends, Christmas Day and New Year's Day) and are dispatched by City Link next day courier (if received before 1pm) to UK mainland addresses. Delivery is between 9am and 5.30pm
Dispatch:
Once your item has been packaged and dispatched, we will email you a confirmation to let you know your goods are on their way. You can log in to your account (using the customer login button at the top right of each page) to check the status of your order and dispatch date. If you have not received your goods within 48 hours of receiving this email, please contact us stating your order number.
Lost & Missing Deliveries:
In the event that your item is lost or damaged, we will happily issue a replacement or refund (via your original payment method) as long as the above has been followed. For more information on damages & returns, please see our full refund policy. Please contact us, remember to supply your order number in all correspondence.
Delivery Costs:
Our standard delivery charge for orders up to the value of £50 is £5.50. Orders over this value are delivered FREE.
Alternative Delivery Address:
Please make sure you fill in all of your address details during checkout including the correct postcode. The primary address held must be the billing address for your card. You have the option during checkout and through managing your account to specify alternative delivery addresses if for example you are purchasing the item as a gift.
Special Instructions:
If you have any special instructions, you also have the option to leave a message with your order. For example if it is marked as a gift we will not include a receipt in your package, or you can specify to leave the package with a neighbour etc.
International Delivery:
We can deliver purchases up to 5kg in weight to anywhere in Europe for a fixed fee of £14.99. For purchase over this weight or outside of Europe, please contact us.
